Joseph R. Kimball II
Mr. Kimball has lived in Fort Worth for over forty-five years. Joe entered private practice in 2005 after clerking for Mr. Lively during his final year at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington and earned a Certificate of Ranch Management from the renowned TCU Ranch Management Program. Joe managed ranches and feed yards and purchased and sold cattle for eighteen years. Mr. Kimball brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with focused and personal attention to the clients of Lively & Associates. This experience gives Joe a remarkable perspective into his oil and gas and real estate practices that enables him to relate to clients’ concerns. Mr. Kimball has spoken on mineral rights and urban drilling for several Tarrant County land title companies, as well as the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors. Joe enjoys golf, team roping, fly-fishing and big game hunting. He is married to a physician and has three children.
