Daniel R. Aguilar

 

Daniel R. Aguilar is a native of Nacogdoches, Texas, and first moved to the Dallas/ Fort Worth area to attend the University of North Texas for his undergraduate degree. During his time at the University of Texas School of Law, Daniel clerked with a private defense firm, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas, the Federal District Court in Dallas, and the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth. Daniel has had scholarly articles published dealing with a variety of legal issues, including regulatory compliance in health care transactions and international groundwater policy reform. Daniel primarily practices in the areas of general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and business and corporate law.

Daniel has experience representing clients that include homeowners, as well as small to medium-sized business, as they navigate the legal system. His day-to-day practice includes contract drafting and review, business formation, and an extensive trial and appellate practice across Texas.
